Terms & Conditions

These terms are between you and ETSHERE ("ETSHERE", "we", "us"), the seller and operator of the ETSHERE booking service. When you create an account or use the service, you are contracting with ETSHERE.

1. The service

ETSHERE is an online booking service for service businesses. Business owners and staff use it to manage services, weekly booking hours and appointments; their customers book appointments online without an account. Business owners and staff pay a subscription of SEK 499 per month. Booking customers never pay ETSHERE for making a booking.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account, subscribing, or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business.

3. Accounts and credentials

• You must provide accurate information about yourself and your business and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account.
• You must be of legal age to enter into a contract, or use the service under a parent's or guardian's supervision where local law allows.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service. In particular, you must not:

• use the service for anything unlawful, fraudulent or to send spam;
• infringe the intellectual property rights of ETSHERE or anyone else;
• interfere with the security or proper working of the service, including uploading malware, probing or scanning it, or scraping it;
• resell or redistribute access to the service, or try to get around its technical limits (for example usage caps or access restrictions).

5. Artificial intelligence service suggestions

ETSHERE includes an AI feature that suggests which of a business's own services best match what a customer describes. For that feature:

• You must not use it to create illegal content, deepfakes, hate speech, malware or to try to bypass the model's safeguards.
• You are responsible for the text you enter, for how you use the suggestions, and for having the rights to any content you input.
• You keep the rights to what you input. We claim no ownership over your inputs or the model outputs.
• AI suggestions may be inaccurate or incomplete. They are not professional advice and should not be relied on without your own review.
• We may remove or restrict content, refuse or filter outputs, and suspend accounts that repeatedly abuse the feature. Rights holders can report claimed infringement through our support channels, and repeated infringement can lead to loss of access.

6. Your content

You keep all rights to the business, service, staff and booking information you enter. You give ETSHERE a limited licence to host and process that content only as needed to provide the service to you.

7. Intellectual property

ETSHERE owns the service, including its software, design, documentation and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service under your subscription. You may not reverse engineer it, copy it, or use it beyond that right.

8. Payment, subscription and cancellation

Your subscription renews monthly. Payment, billing, taxes, cancellation and refund mechanics are handled by our payment provider, Paddle, and are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms: https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms. You can cancel or change your payment details at any time from the Billing section of the app.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

9. Suspension and termination

We can suspend or end your access to the service if you materially breach these terms, do not pay what you owe, create a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our policies. If your subscription ends, you can export your booking data while your access lasts; after that, we may delete it.

10. Service level

We work hard to keep ETSHERE available, but we do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Warranties

The service is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties such as merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

12. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ETSHERE is not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability is capped at the subscription fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud, death or personal injury.

13. Your indemnity

You will compensate ETSHERE for claims brought against us that arise from content you enter, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these terms.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will notify you in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.

15. General

• Governing law: These terms are governed by Swedish law.
• Disputes: Disputes will be resolved by Swedish general courts.
• Assignment: You may not transfer your account or these terms to someone else without our consent. We may assign them in a merger or acquisition.
• Force majeure: We are not in breach of these terms when an event beyond our reasonable control prevents us from performing.
